Your information is used to operate your account, match farmers with buyers and partners, process contracts and payments, verify eligibility for role-specific features, communicate service updates, and improve the Platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We process personal data on the basis of your consent at registration, the necessity of processing to perform our contract with you, and compliance with applicable Saudi data-protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.
Information is shared with other users only as needed to complete a transaction (e.g. a buyer sees a farmer's relevant listing details), and with logistics, inspection, financing, or insurance partners you choose to engage through the Platform. We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.
