By creating an account or otherwise using the Asoug Green platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are registering on behalf of a business (a commercial buyer, broker, supplier, or partner organization), you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
Asoug Green is a digital platform for agricultural brokerage, mediation, marketing, and agency services. It connects farmers and producers with commercial buyers, brokers, suppliers, logistics providers, and other partners, and provides tools for procurement, supply, contracting, financing, and logistics across the agricultural value chain.
Registration is role-based (Farmer/Producer, Commercial Buyer, Broker/Commercial Agent, Supplier/Service Partner, Store Owner, Market Partner, Consumer, and others). Some roles require document verification (e.g. commercial registration, VAT certificate) before the account is activated. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and in every listing, requirement, quotation, contract, and shipment record you submit, and to comply with applicable Saudi laws and agricultural, food-safety, and trade regulations relevant to your role on the Platform.
The Platform facilitates discovery, negotiation, contracting, and settlement between parties, including electronic contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing. Asoug Green is not a party to the underlying commercial agreement between a farmer, buyer, broker, or partner unless explicitly stated, and does not guarantee the performance, quality, or delivery of goods exchanged between users.
You may not use the Platform to submit false product, certification, or inspection information, to circumvent verification or payment safeguards, or to engage in conduct that is fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful.
The Platform, its software, design, and branding are the property of Asoug Green. Content you submit (listings, documents, images) remains yours, but you grant Asoug Green a license to display and process it as needed to operate the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asoug Green is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from transactions between users, service interruptions, or third-party logistics, inspection, or financing partners integrated with the Platform.
Asoug Green may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, fails verification, or is inactive for an extended period, with notice where reasonably practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute not resolved directly between the parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
